PJ Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Engineer for one of our leading clients on an exciting project in Galway City.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage engineering projects from design to delivery
- Provide technical guidance and problem-solving expertise
- Ensure compliance with Irish regulations, health & safety, and industry standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
- Review designs, calculations, and technical documentation
- Mentor and support junior and graduate engineers
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Software or relevant discipline)
- Minimum 5–8 years’ relevant industry experience
- Chartered Engineer status (Engineers Ireland) or working towards it
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Full right to work in Ireland
Desirable Skills
- Experience working on Irish or EU-based projects
- Knowledge of relevant Irish standards and regulations
- Experience with [specific tools, software, or systems if applicable]
