PJ Personnel are working alongside one of Ireland’s top contractors in recruiting for an experienced Construction Site Manager on a large residential project in South Dublin
Responsibilities:
- Site Management: Lead and manage day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate on-site teams, ensuring safe work practices and compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain a strong focus on health, safety, and welfare in line with Irish regulations
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure the smooth running of construction activities.
- Scheduling & Reporting: Develop and manage project schedules, track progress, and provide regular reports to senior management and clients.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction site management or supervisory roles. (Ideally on a fit-out project)
- Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Chartered membership (MCIOB) is an advantage.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in construction project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asta Powerproject).
