Refer a Friend - and Win!

At PJ Personnel, word of mouth is one of the best ways we find top talent. That’s why we’re asking you – our team on the ground – to help us spread the word!

If you know someone who’s reliable, hard-working, and ready to get stuck in on site, refer them to PJ Personnel. It’s simple: just ask them to fill out our short contact form and quote your name as the person who referred them.

Each time your name is mentioned, you’ll be entered into our monthly draw for a €100 gift card (One4All or equivalent). That’s right – every valid referral gives you another chance to win!

How it works:

  1. Tell your friend to fill out the form below and include your full name in the “Referred by” section.

  2. Once they’ve submitted their details and we’ve verified it, your name goes into that month’s draw.

  3. The draw takes place on the last Friday of each month.  If you win, we’ll be in touch with your €100 prize!

There’s no limit to how many people you can refer – more referrals = more entries = more chances to win!


Terms & Conditions

  • The referring person must be employed by PJ Personnel for a minimum of four consecutive weeks at the time of the draw to be eligible.
  • Referred candidates must complete the official contact form and clearly include the name of the person who referred them.
  • There is no cap on the number of entries – each valid referral earns one entry for the named referee.
  • Monthly draws will take place on the last Friday of each month.
  • The prize is a €100 gift card (One4All or equivalent), which is non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • PJ Personnel reserves the right to verify the employment status of referrers and the authenticity of referrals.
  • In the event of any dispute, the final decision rests with PJ Personnel.
